Your Leadership Style

There are many ways to discuss the personality types of people that we work and play with. In some cases, you may have done a personality test like the Myers-Briggs, or have taken some other type of questionnaire.
Your leadership style is the way you go about managing a team of people. It’s your personal approach to getting things done, which may be more or less effective than others in achieving mutually agreed goals and objectives. Your unique style will generally depend on your personality, temperament and motivations as well as the specifics of what it is that you’re trying to accomplish with a particular group or project.
