Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention (Quebec – Manager)

This training will define harassment/discrimination, and explain the laws surrounding different forms of violence and harassment. Employees will understand their responsibilities in identifying, responding to, and preventing workplace violence and harassment for federally regulated businesses.

This course focuses on general best practices as well as laws applicable to federally regulated workplaces. It also covers Quebec’s Act Respecting Labour Standards (ARLS) and Bill 42 which are applicable to non-federal employers and employees in Quebec. The course will take around 50 minutes to complete and is designed for use on desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet.
