When the unthinkable happens, knowing how to quickly and safely respond to workplace violence can help protect employees‚It’ lives and well-being. This training teaches employees how to help prevent workplace violence through reporting, best practices for intervening in and de-escalating violence in the workplace, and how best to protect oneself in extremely violent situations, such as active shooter scenarios.
