Workplace Bullying (Employee)

Workplace Bullying (Employee) is an elearning course that will equip you with effective tools to combat harassment on the job. Bullying can affect performance and corporate relations with customers. Many American workers have reported experiencing some form of bullying by managers or coworkers and some have reported witnessing it in the workplace. In this anti-harassment course, you will learn to recognize signs of this behavior and what you can do to address it. We’ll define what bullying is, what it is not, its impact on employees and the work environment. By the end of the course, you will know how to address workplace bullying in a safe and constructive manner.
