Work Process Basics: Producing Quality Work

This course introduces you to the basics of work processes, a fundamental part of creating a quality product that meets customer expectations. you’ll learn how to identify and define requirements before moving on to explore process flow and scope. you’ll review all of the different inputs that impact the work process, and you’ll learn how to utilize effective communication and active listening in order to clearly understand customer expectations. By understanding the requirements and stages of a work process, you’ll be in a better position to achieve measurable success.
