Women’s Leadership and Career Development

We designed these women’s leadership development courses for women just like you; women who want to learn the skills and habits that will unleash their potential. You will learn how to envision where you want to take your career, identify the leadership skills to help move you in that direction, and build confidence in yourself.

Each lesson is designed to be short with an average of 3 minutes. We want you to watch, reflect and practice. Each lesson will build on the next, growing your knowledge and skills along the way. We recommend you plan on reviewing one to three lessons a week. Each section has accompanying worksheets to help you explore the concepts and examine how they relate to you personally. You will finish each area by taking time for self-reflection and setting a goal to be captured in a personal notebook.
