WHS Induction: Sexual Harassment

Every individual deserves the fundamental right to work in an environment that is safe, respectful, and free from any form of sexual harassment. Sexual harassment can manifest in various ways, and irrespective of the magnitude or the individuals involved, it is imperative for employers and managers to respond promptly and appropriately to all instances of sexual harassment. This Sexual Harassment induction module will highlight what behaviour can be deemed as sexual harassment, and the critical role all workers can play in its prevention. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt what behaviour constitutes as sexual harassment, the proper procedure for addressing personal experiences of sexual harassment, and steps to prevent it from occurring in your workplace. This course is one part of a 50 part WHS Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing workers.
