This Dealing With Difficult People course provides effective strategies for managing challenging individuals and behaviour. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt some basic rules for handling challenging or aggressive behaviour, the significance of nonverbal communication, and the importance of focusing on the difficult behaviour rather than the difficult person. This course is one part of a 50 part WHS Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing workers.
