WHS Induction: Code of Conduct

Whether you are an employee or a subcontractor, when you carry out work for an organisation you are regarded as an employee of that organisation and as such, under the WHS / OHS Act, there are mutual obligations. This Code of Conduct course will highlight the importance of a fair, safe and healthy working environment. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt about your role as a worker in complying with instructions, maintaining punctuality, and observing health and safety rules, the significance of treating others with respect and dignity; and the organisation’s commitment to equality and non-discrimination. This course is one part of an 50 part WHS Induction series aimed at new inductees and existing workers.
