Priya Vulchi and Winona Guo break down “What it takes to be racially literate” in their TED Talk on race, ethnicity and building diverse teams at work. Guo and Vulchi are on a mission to equip everyone with the tools they need to understand, navigate and improve a world structured by racial division.
