Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme: Heads of Organisations

This course covers the requirements of the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme for heads of organisations that fall within the Scheme, including their responsibility to have systems in place that facilitate the reporting of any misconduct, duty to report any misconduct to the Commission for Children and Young People, and how and when the head of an organisation should report. It also provides an overview of the Scheme, and its importance in keeping children safe from abuse.
