This ‘Using the COACH System’ micro-learning course has been designed to help you support your coaches in getting the most out of each and every session. Coaching should be a structured conversation, and the COACH system is a simple yet effective structure you can use to ensure this is always the case. This learning explains the five elements that make up the COACH system, along with how you can apply those elements, so that you can maximise those key coaching conversations.
