The Understanding Headaches: 01. Understanding Headaches course aims to help sufferers relieve and prevent headaches by identifying the types of headaches you can get and explaining why they occur. Did you know that headaches are a leading cause of down-time amongst U.S. employees? In this course, we’ll begin by providing headache facts and stats. From there, we will define the term headache and describe the five different types you may experience, including their causes and symptoms. We will then go over the different treatments you can use to ease your headache, so you can get on with your day pain-free.
