Our Understanding Harassment: 07. Understanding Harassment in Review course provides an overview of key concepts we’ve presented in our series on how to stop sexual harassment at work. We’ll start by reviewing the symptoms of sexual harassment, the types of personalities most likely to engage in sexual harassment and the methods used. From there, we’ll go over the common misconceptions of harassment, what you can do to avoid becoming a target, and why sexual harassment may not be reported. We’ll also talk about how to successfully report harassment as a bystander, problematic workplace behaviors, and the warning signs that someone is being harassed. Finally, we will discuss what you can do to ensure your workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees. Included in this course is a video presentation, downloadable resources and a short quiz to review what you’ve learned.
