Our Understanding Harassment: 05. Warning Signs course explains the warning signs of workplace sexual harassment to enhance your knowledge. In this course, we will list and explain the most common warning signs that occur if someone is being sexually harassed. From there, we will discuss what managers can do if they suspect an employee is a target of harassment and offer best practices for creating a healthy workplace culture where targets can feel comfortable reporting harassment if it happens.
