Our Understanding Harassment: 04. Bystander Training course offers guidance on what to do if you witness sexual harassment at work. In this course, we will discuss what sexual harassment looks like from a bystander’s viewpoint and explain how targets may or may not react. From there, we will discuss the reactive process for bystanders of sexual harassment to enhance your understanding. We’ll also talk about what your responsibilities are as a witness and provide best practices on successfully reporting sexual harassment as a bystander. This course includes a video presentation, downloadable material with key points for future reference and a short quiz to assess what you’ve learned.
