Understanding Gen Z

Understanding Gen Z is a course that provides insight into those born between 1996 and 2010. They have lived their entire lives fully connected digitally and their identity has been shaped by the digital age and a volatile global environment. Understanding their motivations is important for managers. They are advocates for climate issues, social justice, diversity, economic and gender equity, and they value self-care and want to use their time and energy in positive ways.
