UDAAP Awareness

UDAAP stands for unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices, and it’s illegal for financial products or services providers to engage in them. In this course, we’ll have a closer look at exactly what UDAAPs are. We’ll also look at who is considered a financial products or services provider, and we’ll go over some real-life examples of companies that have run afoul of UDAAP provisions.
