The elearning course, Understanding Home Loans, will provide the information you need to make an informed decision when obtaining a mortgage. In the course we will review the types of loans available, what they require, and define some of the common home loan terms you should be familiar with. We’ll also discuss interest rates, escrow payments, and determining how much your budget can afford. Finally, we will go over what you should do if you are unable to make your mortgage payment in order to protect your home and credit rating.
