Technology. It’s great. We’ve sent a space station into the sky. We have telescopes watching and learning about the galaxy. Online, we’ve educated ourselves, immortalized classic texts, music, speeches… and we’ve video-called family members on the other side of the world, as though they were in the next room.There’s no denying technology is amazing. But in most of our lives, there’s an undeniable, dark flipside to it all. Social media, too many apps, notifications and group chat conversations can be distracting, counter-productive, and at their worst, can make you miserable. This course aims to start cracking down on your bad habits, so you can be happier.
