This audio-only course is led by Dr. Cortland Dahl, a research scientist, meditation teacher, and Chief Contemplative Officer at HMI who spent eight years translating Tibetan Buddhist texts before getting his Ph.D. in neuroscience. In this meditation, you’ll identify mundane activities in your daily routine that are necessary, but seem to lack deeper meaning. You’ll then learn how these tasks can actually support significant principles in your life. Lastly, you’ll make a plan to perform your daily habits with a renewed sense of intention and purpose.
