It’s important to have clear policies and procedures to prevent, address, and resolve third-party sexual harassment, and to educate and train their employees on how to handle such situations. It’s also important for employees to report any incidents of third-party sexual harassment to their supervisor and/or human resources. By doing so, both the employee and the employer can protect their rights, dignity, and interests.

Third party sexual harassment is a form of sexual harassment that occurs when someone who is not an employee of the organization, such as a customer, client, or vendor, harasses an employee.
