Traditionalist

You will learn the traits and behavior of the Traditionalist generation. This generation is probably the oldest generation you may encounter at work. The members of this generation were born before 1946.
Characteristics of a traditionalist workplace include strict adherence to rules and directives and a strong respect for authority.
Have patience, but be firm and clear with Traditionalists. They respect authority, but aren’t fond of pressure. When they need coaching, do so casually, assist them with change, provide information in a timely manner, and always respect their work experience, lives, and careers.
