Every organization has individuals who have a vested interest in an organization’s success. These individuals are known as stakeholders, and they play an important role in defining the organization’s future and defining its strategies. This course is part of the Strategy Pocketbook series, a series that provides tips and techniques for formulating and developing a strategic plan.
