The Respectful Workplace (Illinois – Hospitality – Manager)

This course will help Illinois hospitality employees and supervisors meet the mandatory harassment training requirement. Specifically, it covers definitions, the complaint process and reporting resources, the dangers of retaliation, and the steps employees and managers can take to prevent workplace discrimination and harassment so you can create a workplace built on respect.
