The Psychology of Decision-Making

The decision-making of every individual is influenced by their psychological make-up and by the psychological make-up of the groups to which they belong. This course is part of the Decision-Making series, a series designed to help managers and leaders identify issues and make balanced decisions that add value. In this course, you’ll learn the differences in decision-making between individuals and groups, explore how group dynamics affect decision-making, and review the challenges of making a decision in a group.
