With The STEPPPA Model, viewers will learn about using this innovative coaching technique. The STEPPPA model was developed in 2003 and is based on the fact that behaviors are driven by emotion, which means that action is motivated by emotional commitment. In this e-learning course, we will explain how this model repurposes the emotions of a situation to create new objectives, outcomes and paths to success. We’ll also walk you through each step of STEPPPA to develop your understanding, so you can apply it within your own workplace.
