The Highway Code (2022 Changes)

The Highway Code was updated to ensure that road users who can potentially do the greatest harm to others, have the greatest responsibility to reduce the danger or threat they may pose.

It was also updated to offer additional protection to those road users who are most at risk in the event of a collision.‚ÄØ
