The Easy Guide to Code of Conduct

All of the better organisations ensure that their employees have a clear understanding of what is expected of them. The organisation’s code of conduct not only defines organisational culture, but sets standards and expectations for employees to follow, and provides a solid structure when it comes to day-to-day decision making.
