The Courage to Coach‚Ñ¢: A Common Sense Approach to Tough Employee Performance Situations

Challenging situations with employees occur in the work environment. Employees may respond with attitude or resistance when given constructive criticism by their managers. This training course provides managers and leaders with practical approaches to coaching employees in these situations.

Managers will learn how to recognize the causes and effects of their employee’s performance. After the initial assessment, specific scenarios and skills to coaching are presented in the video The Courage to Coach.

Different challenges are presented in various work environments, but this model is beneficial to all managers regardless of their line of work. The scenarios presented in the video are realistic. Managers must have common sense when they coach employees.

This course will enhance management skills and show managers how to coach employees resulting in stronger performance. Pre and Post assessments are utilized in this course.
