The Basics of Crisis Negotiation

This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers with understanding how to negotiate during a crisis. Conflicts can quickly escalate into crises, making it necessary to negotiate effectively. In this course, officer Ryan Tillman, founder of Breaking Barriers United, defines negotiation and what it entails.
