Teller Basics

In this course designed for bank tellers, you will learn the strategies and skills needed to effectively and professionally service customers at your bank. You will learn tips for providing high-level customer care, discover the importance of appearance and presentation, and examine ways of improving efficiency. The course guides you through different types of banking transactions and strategies to improve security. It also looks at common frauds and scams that tellers should be aware of.

The course features narrated slides, self-assessment quizzes and screen print capability so you can print information for further review. A Certificate of Completion is available upon finishing a final test with a score of 80% or higher.
