In Tel-Sell: 06. Tel-Sell Excellence, we’ll pull everything together and review the best practices that were taught throughout this series. We’ll go over the techniques and behaviors that drive customer engagement, and how to develop your active listening skills to identify your customer’s needs, level of interest and concerns, and opportunities to ask for action. We’ll also recap the three factors necessary to being influential with your customers. Lastly, we’ll cover the five steps to effectively close a call.

This course is delivered in the form of a video with narration and helpful illustrations throughout, and is the sixth and final part of our Tel-Sell series.
