Tasks and Aligning Resources

At this point in the creation of the project schedule, we know what activities need to be completed to carry out the project, and we’ve established how long it will take to complete each activity or task. The next piece we need to understand is the order (or sequence) in which activities are to be completed.
Strategic alignment is a process that ensures an organization’s structure, use of resources (and culture) support its strategy.
The aligned team is a team who aspires to achieve the same vision, understands the goals, and is made up of individuals who understand how to contribute their strengths to them.” More than anything, the way in which people work together affects their engagement and collaboration levels.
