Take Time for Yourself

When was the last time you had a moment for yourself? We often prioritize other peoples’ needs - but if you don’t take time for yourself, you won’t be able to give effectively to others. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. In this course, you’ll practice taking time for yourself with a brief mindfulness exercise. You’ll also practice identifying your own needs. Finally, you’ll set an intention to care for the needs you identified. After this course, you’ll have a tool to reconnect with yourself.
