How many hours each day do you spend looking at screens? Between work, our phones, and TV, most of us interact with screens nearly nonstop. This audio-only course is led by Stephanie Wagner (NBC-HWC), a board-certified health and wellness coach with a passion for mindfulness and meditation. She’ll give you an opportunity to relax and enjoy a much-needed screen break during a guided meditation. You’ll practice actively turning your attention away from screens and using your imagination to generate a space for rest and relaxation. You’ll also learn how to notice the positive side effects of giving yourself a screen break. After this course, you’ll have a new practice you can revisit any time you need to tap into your imagination and generate a moment of screen-free serenity.
