In Part B of this training series, you will learn to deploy your objectives as an action plan and create a business plan. You will deploy result-oriented action plans by distinguishing objectives, linking action plans together, and measuring the performance of the output objectives. To develop a business plan, you will understand the performance management model, how to perform strategic analysis, and go through a scenario.
