Starting a Property Management Company: The Post Launch

You’ve done it. Congratulations! You’ve launched your own property management company. Now it’s time to do a thorough examination of what You’ve done, what you need to tweak and where you want this wonderful new company to go. Determining what you did well (and not as well) is helpful as is checking your own satisfaction level. Ask yourself not just how well you did but how much you like the finished product.
