Starting a Diversity Council

Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, are becoming an increasingly important topic in conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion. But before you can have an ERG program, you have to start with a Diversity Council. In this course, you’ll learn the purpose of Diversity Councils. You’ll explore a seven-step framework that provides a blueprint you can use to get a Diversity Council up and running, whether you’re a leader, manager, or individual contributor.
