Solution Orientation

With many different solutions in hand, the problem solvers need to analyze those solutions to determine the effectiveness of each one. This course will explore and identify how to use cost/benefit analysis, understand how you can selecting a solution, identify the paired comparison analysis, define ways to analyzing potential problems, understand how you can analyzing solutions, identify some ways to developing criteria, and determine ways to analyzing wants and needs.
Paired Comparison Analysis helps you work out the importance of a number of options relative to one another. This makes it easy to choose the most important problem to solve, or to pick the solution that will be most effective.
