Six Sigma: Six Sigma Basics is an introductory course that reviews the ABCs of the Six Sigma method and how it can potentially benefit your organization. To start, we will define what Six Sigma means in the workplace. We’ll also review the terms, processes and tools used in the Six Sigma method and touch on the history of this system. This course also explores how martial arts belt levels relate to an employee’s role on a Six Sigma project while explaining how leadership teams can support the transition to this method.
