If you’ve heard of Six Sigma, you may have also heard about the Lean process. Our Six Sigma: Six Sigma and Lean course explores how the two methodologies are related in order to better your understanding.

In this course, we’ll start by providing a high-level overview of the Lean quality technique and explain the processes and terms associated with it. We’ll also cover Lean tools you can use to improve and streamline workflows and explain the similarities and differences between Lean and Six Sigma.
