Six Sigma: Six Sigma and Kaizen

In our Six Sigma: Six Sigma and Kaizen course, we will explore how these two philosophies are related and how you can utilize them together and independently to drive quality in your work. We will begin by defining the Kaizen philosophy and explaining how it can benefit your workplace. Next, we’ll walk you through the Kaizen process and explain the similarities and differences between Kaizen and Six Sigma. We’ll also describe which situations best suit each process.
