Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention (Manager/Supervisor)

Employers have an obligation to provide a harassment-free workplace. Supervisors are responsible for correcting inappropriate conduct and upholding the professional standards of their behavior to their subordinates. A supervisor’s action can even be legally considered the action of their employer. Throughout this course, we’ll provide an understanding of advanced perspectives and best practices for prevention, reporting, investigating, and resolution. This scenario-based training will allow you to practice your knowledge by making decisions in simulated scenarios and see how decisions choices play out.

This course covers the maximum time required so as to make it comprehensive for all 50 states; and also has specific information covering state specific laws for California, Delaware, Maine, Connecticut, Illinois (including Chicago), New York (including NYC). This course only needs to be completed once a year, and includes specific scenarios that relate directly to a Supervisor; such as their responsibilities, how they should handle harassment claims, etc.
