Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention (Employee)

Harassment affects everyone – employees, supervisors, and entire organizations. This course will build your awareness of harassment in the workplace and will provide guidelines to follow if you encounter such a situation. This scenario-based course will also allow you to make decisions during simulated harassment situations and then see how those decisions play out.

This course covers the maximum time required for employees so as to make it comprehensive for all 50 states (including Chicago and NYC). This course only needs to be completed once a year, with the exception of employees from Connecticut (where it should be taken twice a year to ensure it covers the allotted seat time of 2 hours of training).
