Actually, it should be self-evident to respect the boundaries of one’s fellow human beings and to handle one’s power responsibly, but sexual harassment occurs again and again in companies. The problem: There is a different understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment in the workplace. Employees don’t know how and to whom they can speak up and what their own rights are.
