Service Simulations: Show Me the Money – Calls with Demanding Customers

This detailed course will help you identify a distinction between sensible customer demands and those that are not in the long-term interest of the company. You’ll learn how to respond to customers that demand more than the organization’s policy allows. Part of the ServiceSims Challenge Series, this course includes interactive simulations that consist of customer service scenarios. After successfully completing these scenarios, you’ll have the necessary skills to deal with demanding customers without damaging a good business relationship. Prior mastery of the Telephone Doctor series is recommended. Complete the course quiz with 80 percent or higher and receive a certificate of completion.
