You will learn how to respond to this behavior, and make it clear that it won’t be tolerated. You will also learn how to properly escalate any situation to your superior. After completing the course, you’ll be equipped with the skills to take control of an inappropriate situation and create a safe working environment. This course is part of the ServiceSims Challenge Series and provides interactive simulations that will help you understand the proper way to respond to these types of situations. Prior mastery of the Telephone Doctor series is recommended. Complete the course quiz with 80 percent or higher and receive a certificate of completion.
