Self-Reflection

When the day is done and the employees have gone home, where does that leave you - the servant leader? While it is important to take care of your employees and help them grow to succeed, you cannot forget to help yourself grow and pay attention to what you want to gain or achieve.
A self-reflection gives employees a chance to pause and think deeply about their past achievements or their future areas for growth.
Reflecting on the experience may highlight areas or problems that may need some work. This is a positive, it means you can identify your weaknesses, likes and dislikes and take action from there to finding solutions.
