Safety in Healthcare: Sexual Harassment

Everyone deserves the right to go to work and do their job free of sexual harrassment. All incidents of sexual harassment, no matter how large or small or who is involved, require employers o managers to respond promptly and appropriately. This Sexual Harassment course aims to raise awareness about the various forms of sexual harassment, its impact, and the available avenues for resolution. Once the course is completed, you will have learnt how to identify instances of sexual harassment and the distinction from normal banter, and how to report incidents, whether informally within the workplace or through formal external procedures. This course is one part of our 20 part “Safety in Healthcare” series aimed exclusively at healthcare workers.
